ANTELOPE VALLEY VOLKSWAGEN
Upgraded traditional HPS pole lights to LED shoebox area lighting to brighten dealership parking lot

LEMON PLAZA
Reduced the operating and maintenance cost was also one of the owner’s concerns. SolarMax LED installed parking pole luminaires with embedded PIR occupancy dimming sensor that delivered 30% more brightness and 50% less energy cost. The luminaire embedded PIR occupancy dimming sensor automatically reduces the lumen output and power consumption by 60% when it detects no motion and instantly resumes to full brightness when occupancy is detected. SolarMax LED has also helped the property owner apply and receive a rebate of 20% of the project cost.

SOUTH SIERRA PLAZA
South Sierra Plaza in Fontana consulted SolarMax LED to upgrade their existing lighting to efficient LED lighting to reduce energy consumption and costs. SolarMax installed new LED area lights in the walkways, and parking lot to increase visibility and safety at night, while complying with Title 24. The plaza is more appealing to customers at night. The effort and expertise of the SolarMax team is highly recognized by both the owner and tenants.

OVERLAND & MARINA CENTER
Overland & Marina Center in Marina Del Rey has two double-story shopping plazas that consist of numerous stores and their corresponding parking areas. SolarMax LED worked with them to provide a solution that converted their existing exterior lighting to LED lights, while complying with Title 24. SolarMax’s lights illuminated every walkway, store front, and the entire parking lot.

LANCASTER HONDA
SolarMax LED performed a complete audit and engineered a custom lighting solution that resulted in 80% energy and maintenance savings. SolarMax installed LED area lights in the sales lot outdoors and LED linear high bay lights indoors to improve lighting quality and working conditions indoors. The reduced energy and maintenance cost along with the Southern California Edison rebate allowed the business their ROI in less than 2 years for their LED lighting project.

SolarMax LED supplied efficient LED high bays and wall packs to replace their outdated, high energy-consuming fixtures in their service area. With this cost-effective solution, Antelope Valley Nissan achieved higher illuminance as well as low maintenance cost.
NAPA AUTO PARTS
SolarMax LED provided an interior LED lighting design in compliance with the CA-Title 24 for NAPA Auto Parts. The vacant suite was originally equipped with 54W HO T5 fluorescent lamps (6) linear high bay fixtures. SolarMax LED retrofitted with new 150W LED linear high bay luminaires with embedded daylight/motion sensor. After installation, SolarMax LED obtained CA-Title 24 Acceptance for the lighting retrofit. NAPA Auto Parts is pleased with the brighter work environment.
